The Tableware Gallery offers a 14 day return policy where the piece has to be returned to us within 14 days. You must provide us with notification, either by phone or by email at sales@tablewaregallery.com, of your intent to return a purchase made within 3 days of receipt and state the reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product or the condition of the product was incorrectly described, or if you received the wrong product. Regardless of the method of shipment to you, the piece or pieces can be returned by the cheapest method available, insured. Any returns need to be unused and contain all manufacturers packaging and inserts if applicable, otherwise the return will be refused.
We offer "Free Shipping" on purchases over 100.00 as a courtesy to our customers, however shipping is not free, we absorb the cost. When an item is returned through no fault of ours you will be refunded the orginal purchase price minus the shipping cost we paid to ship the item to you.
There are no refunds for any item that is a special ordered product.
Sferra Products: While we do not charge a re-stocking fee as most of our competitors do, refund for Sferra products will be given as store credit only. Store credit can be applied to any product from any manufactuer we carry or a substutute for another Sferra product.
