The Tableware Gallery offers a 10 day return policy where the piece has to be returned to us within 10 days. You must provide us with notification, either by phone or by email, of your intent to return a purchase made within 3 days of receipt and state the reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product or the condition of the product was incorrectly described using our grading guidelines. We use a removeable ink stamp or a sticker with the initials of the inspector on an inconspicous place on the piece. This stamp or sticker has to be intact and unaltered for the item to be returned. Regardless of the method of shipment to you, the piece or pieces can be returned by the cheapest method available. Any returns need to be insured and packaged the way is was received. Upon receipt of the product you will be refunded via paypal, or with a check.

Condition Descriptions
Near Mint Condition: displays no evidence of use, no visible flaws to include scratches, edge or pattern wear. Piece is like new, no manufacturer's packaging.
Excellent: Displays very minimal flaws, pieces could include a couple of light utensil marks, very minimal, if any wear to the edge trim or pattern. Pieces in this category could have been used lightly.
Good: Displays considerable prior use, could include considerable utensil marks or wear. Pieces in this category are substantially discounted.
